TUESDAY 8TH DECEMBER at 2.00 pm

YEAR 1 & 2 PERFORMANCE

Concerts are identical on all days, please choose only one performance. Costume information to follow via the teacher.

Tickets required—letter will be sent out via Parentmail on 25th November. Tickets will be available to purchase 25th November via ParentMail £1.50 each, limited to 4 tickets per family.

PTFA will be selling raffle tickets to win a Christmas hamper.

WEDNESDAY 9TH DECEMBER at 4.30 pm

Children will stay in school until the time of the concert please can you send them with a healthy snack.

Class R-Hazel & Nursery Concert

Reception doors will be open at 8.45 am in order to give us time to dress the children.

Nursery—We would like Nursery children to be dressed as stable animals (except donkeys as Reception children are dressing as these). Costumes will be required in a named carrier bag before Wednesday 2nd December for our dress rehearsal.

PTFA Secret Shop, Christmas Dinner & wear a Christmas jumper

Information for parents of Nursery and Reception children: In order to be prepared, we would like to put names on the gift tags in advance. Please send in a list of up to 3 names of the people your child will be buying for. The ages of any children would also be helpful. Please send this information in to your child’s class teacher by Monday 30th November at the latest. A more detailed letter will be sent out by the PTFA in regards to the Secret Shop.

Christmas Dinner

Don’t forget to book your child a Christmas Dinner by completing a form. The closing date for bookings is Friday 27th November. It would be lovely if as many children as possible could have a school meal on that day. Remember we need to know what meal choice your child would like on the day.

Nursery Orange & Red Christmas Parties

Parties take place during normal Nursery sessions. Children can come to school in party clothes. We would welcome small (to feed 6 children) donations of food

Red group—savoury items e.g. Crisps, sausage rolls, sandwiches, bread sticks, cucumber and carrot sticks Orange group—Sweet items e.g. Fruit, biscuits and cakes

Drinks will be provided.

Nursery Sing Song and Santa in the Nursery

Wednesday 16th December 11.00 am Yellow & Red parents/friends & Thursday 17th December 2.15 pm Orange & Green parents/friends

Please join us for an informal sing song and maybe a special visitor!! Don’t forget your camera. School uniform on this day. Please meet at the Nursery entrance. Thank you.

Reception Christmas Party

Reception information:- Please could children bring a small amount of food (to feed 6 children) on the morning of the 16th

THURSDAY 17TH DECEMBER

Year 2 Christmas Party

On the 17th, children may come to school in party clothes. Children to bring party food in — a list will be sent home by the teachers advising what they would like each child to bring in.

On the 17th in the afternoon, children may come to school in non uniform.

Please could children in Hawthorn bring in something savoury and Elder bring in something sweet.

On the 17th, children may bring party clothes to change into. Please label any special or precious clothing to avoid party items getting lost.

3 Oak to bring in savoury items (enough to feed 2/3 children only)

FRIDAY 18TH DECEMBER

Year 4, Year 5 & Year 6 Christmas Parties

On the 18th children may come dressed in party clothes or Christmas jumper.

Food—Please can each child bring in a labelled bag a drink (not fizzy), a packet of crisps and a biscuit or bun. The day will include a film and the children can bring in games or toys to play with at some point during the day. Please do not bring in expensive electronic items as school cannot be responsible for them.
