Sukkot – Promotional Lunch 2015

Sukkot is an agricultural festival that originally was considered a thanksgiving for the fruit Harvest. We celebrated this by having a special lunch. Some of the food is traditionally Jewish and some represents the local harvest.

Mr Lomas told us: “I love the schnitzel. I am enjoying how many people are here!” Henry-Year 2 said: “Nice, I like the schnitzel”

The menu consisted of

Chicken and Quorn Schnitzel

Challah (plaited bread)

Baked Apple Cake with Custard
